A class page is generated automatically when you create a class and add students to that class.
Students access this page
by logging in with their own username and password. As the instructor
of the class, you can select the tools that your students have access to, including:
- A page for class announcements
- A page listing assignments, including associated Internet links and downloads
- A page showing the some or all of the student's grades and feedback for assignments
- A discussion board to facilitate cooperative learning
- An electronic journal that only you and the student can access
- A student blog that allows students to share and comment upon each other's work
- A tool to communicate privately with you without your needing to give out your email address
- Online worksheets that students can use to monitor their understanding, that you can use to
monitor their participation
